Is It Bad To Use The Arthritis Drug Ana Kinra (kineret) When It Has Not Reached Room Temp?

I have been tak­ing it for about 2 months. . and just real­ized that it says to let it set out to reach room tem­per­a­ture. usu­ally it just sets out for about 15 min­utes, and stings very badly while inject­ing it, also leaves a nasty red, itcy, swollen mark wher­ever it went in.
does let­ting it warm up help it any?
