First consideration is an inflammation in the joints and the surrounding area. What essential oil to use depends on your source of information, from peppermint oil on nutmeg. Sometimes I wonder if the people recommending some oils’ve done actual research, and also tested them in concrete situations. Personally I have studied extensively before, during and after my graduation aromatherapy. Above all, I have the oil in real life situations, both in my clinic, pain relief and applied externally. The best example of this is an personnel hot water burn on his arm, after a large pot on a stove, a towel, if inclined captured. A burn was from my wrist to elbow, with an extra-deep hole somewhere.

My treatment was up to two essential oils blended into a cream based sauce and twice daily. I never went to a doctor, and most healed in two weeks, with the exception of the bit depth, which took two or three weeks. There are no scars or marks to show that it has never had a burn. The oils were Blue / German Chamomilethe intense burning and inflammation, or thyme essential oil to bacterial infection. Secondly, arthritis, the question of tissue damage in or around joints. There are several oil again, for the renewal of cells, but again, you choose? An effective oil benzoin, which is brilliant for the regeneration of damaged tissues, and also deep-soothing properties.

In rheumatoid arthritis, there are many, but an excellent oil of thyme, which is antibacterial andAnti Virus and help strengthen the immune system. You can use essential oils in a cream or vegetable oil Mix 10 drops of essential oil to tell anyone in 3 tablespoons of cream. You can also mix the 4 oils together and use this mixture at full power, the waste could be, but is useful for chronic pain. Then the blue chamomile essential oil blend is for inflammation.

Then thyme to infections and immune system. Then benzoin for cell recovery, and finally leaves for cinnamonpain effectively. My first taste of arthritis was sixty-three, with very painful knees, but I can say fortunately, I have no pain there. Similarly, working natural remedies.
