This book is clearly a shill for the coconut industry. Believe it! Are out to poison you with toxins coconut. Organic coconut oil? I do not know if they are? Can be grown coconuts, using chemical fertizers! How many people hit in the head by coconuts falling and seriously injured or dead just so you can put in your coffee! I recommend you buy every woman, because many doctors are simply arbitrary guidelines, without really looking at the literature. This book is very useful for me as a breastfeeding mother. I especially like the classification system similar to that used for the drug during pregnancy. There are few drugs, however, I tried to find that were not included, so 4 stars instead of 5. Rating: 4 / 5
