Is It Bad To Use The Arthritis Drug Ana Kinra (kineret) When It Has Not Reached Room Temp?

I have been taking it for about 2 months. . and just realized that it says to let it set out to reach room temperature. usually it just sets out for about 15 minutes, and stings very badly while injecting it, also leaves a nasty red, itcy, swollen mark wherever it went in.
does letting it warm up help it any?
